100% Verdejo. Green-tinged yellow. Clean aromas of ripe kiwi and fresh quince carry with intensity over the palate. A hint of lemon pith adds refreshing cut and bitterness, with a subtle floral nuance emerging on the back half. I love this style of wine! Try with shellfish, trout and South-East Asian dishes.
